I ordered a cashmere sweater on sale for a Christmas, because their website says they are a small business in New York among other intriguing descriptions. The sweater was not cashmere and horribly crafted. The ‘seam work’ was atrocious and incomplete. After I had paid I received an email and information about how long it would take me to receive it. I ordered around Thanksgiving so wasn’t too concerned about the amount of time. Not much time passed and I received a shipping notification. It was being sent from China. After receiving the sweater that was not as advertised, I contacted the company and they responded that I needed to send photos which I did. They then offered a 25% refund or full refund if I shipped it back (to China! for $40-50 estimated shipping costs. I elected for the 25% refund for a sweater that was not cashmere and so horribly put together one wouldn’t want to wear it for that reason and that it might literally come apart upon wearing. The gal communicating w me was quite nice. I received confirmation that I elected the 25% and that it could take up to 30 days. I reported them to the Better Business Bureau. I hope potential victims will read some of these reviews and not become victims of fraud. 2/7/26 In response to this post from the company: I already sent you photos and you have my payment method. If you want to make this right, refund my money. I see no need to contact you AGAIN to have this happen. It seems this might look good for you to those who read your response, but it really shows you didn’t do the right thing the first time…I will never trust or support your company and have filed with the Better Business Bureau so hopefully others won’t support this company either.

Don’t order from this company! The coat arrived late, and reeked of cigarette smoke. Our options were to be credited 15% of the cost or to return it to China ourselves. The international shipping cost is typically between $40-$50. After sending this review to the company, they reached out to rectify the situation. They fully refunded us the cost of the coat. Additionally, they offered us 20% coupon if we choose to purchase anything from them in the future.

Financial pirates. Clothing labels severed at the seams to obscure fabric detail. Donate to homeless shelter and hope when the spring comes that the fabric density will be appropriate if the garments has not fallen apart. 15% refund offered. Postage and shipping to China.

Don't buy from these guys. They won't let you return items for a full refund. They offer 15%. It's the worst customer service of any internet seller I have ever encountered. Bad. Unethical.

I ordered shoes on Jan 2, they have not arrived by Jan 23, contacted the company via email several times for updates. On Jan 20 tracking had out for delivery. On Jan 23 it is still out for delivery and I contacted again and was told to contact USPS, they told me it is not a valid tracking number!! The company realized the shoes were lost in shipping. They sent another pair and arrived in 2-3 days. BUT the shoes were too small and very poor quality. I reached out and asked to return due to being too small and was told they had already sent a second pair and could not allow a return! So I still must wonder if it is a scam or not? The customer service will not allow a return. DO NOT USE I have emailed the customer service multiple times and they keep telling me since they sent a second pair there was nothing they could do. I never asked for a second pair, I had requested a refund multiple times after 25 days of waiting and they would not refund. They are nothing more than scammers, they will take your money and if you get your item it will be terrible quality.

What a scam! Really misleading advertisement. The sweater I got looks like something from Temu for a very high price. I want my money back.

I wish I would have seen the reviews for this online clothing store before I bought a pair of shoes that took 3 weeks to get to me because it was coming from China. No where does it state that on the website. Once I received the shoes, they looked nothing like the ones in the picture which cost $40, but looked like they were $10. As stated in other reviews on Trust Pilot, when I requested a refund, they told me ir would be $40-$50 and I had to pay the cost. No where is this stated on their website.
