I am loathe to commit to even one star! The only remotely impressive aspect of this company is the extraordinary level of blatant dishonesty contained in their misleading and deceptive website. It advertises high-end name brands (it was in researching an expensive Italian-branded cashmere pullover that I was led to this website…and, oh, how I rue the day!), charges high-end prices, promises delivery within five working days and, a month later, delivers cheap Chinese tat without so much as a size label stitched to the item…PETTY THIEVES!

They are WELL aware that it costs more to ship this BULLSHIT back to CHINA then accepting the 15% return and keeping the shitty item! I ordered two sweaters advertised as cashmere from Alexander-Hampton before Thanksgiving 2025. Only one package ever arrived in Jan 2026, and it was nothing like what was shown or described online. It came in an unmarked plastic bag with no brand tag, no fiber content label, no country-of-origin tag, and no care instructions. The material felt cheap and was clearly not the cashmere product advertised. The other item was never delivered, and the tracking numbers the company provided do not correspond to any shipment received by me or neighbors near me. This strongly contradicts the company’s claim that both packages were delivered. Their return process is unreasonable: although the FAQ says customers can return within 60 days, you must arrange and pay international return shipping to China at a cost that may equal nearly half the purchase price — a cost that was not disclosed before ordering. Despite providing photos exactly as requested, customer service continues to delay and has not provided clear return authorization, instructions, or refund confirmation. I have documented everything and asked for refund confirmation, but the company has failed to resolve this in a timely or transparent way. Based on the item received, their post-sale handling, and the overall experience, I cannot recommend Alexander-Hampton. Do not order unless you are prepared to fight for a refund. It is a complete scam.

Es una estafa! Tardan en entregártelo mucho más de lo que dicen y además no se corresponde con lo comprado. Yo compré un jersey de CASHMERE y para nada era de esa calidad ni mucho menos, cuando pedí devolverlo me dijeron que tenía que paga los costes en envío a CHINA y que costaban lo mismo que el jersey. Estafa! No compréis!!

This company is a company of scammers. I paid for a pair of shoes size 9 Australian size 40 US they sent me sixe8 now they want me to pay for them to be sent back to china their mistake why should I pay for their mistakes. This company should be avoided at all costs they are a mob of Chinese crooks. They don’t look after their customers and all that load of bullshit the put in their promo about looking after their customers is crap DONT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM CROOKS. I PAID FOR THE SHOES IN NOVEMBER AND STILL HAVNT RECEIVED MY SHOES THAT FOT ME.

The things I ordered came in the wrong size. You are only allowed to exchange one item per order; if not, you need to return your items and buy them again. The returning address is somewhere in China, and returning the items will cost you more than they cost originally. Just another drop shipping store, save your time. Not to mention, they messed up the shipping, and it arrived 1.5 months after I ordered it. To top it all off, I'm pretty sure customer service is either in China or India; they take days to reply and will get back to you around 2 am every time. Took multiple days to get a decent answer, I won't even complain its something that definitely came out of ChatGPT.

I give this company a negative 1. The pictures are deceiving, and the materials used are plastic. Do not believe them when they say "comfortable." Do not order from this company. To return them, I am asked to mail them to China for a refund!

I ordered a cashmere turtleneck sweater from this company. It arrived an a plastic bag with no tags and no label on the sweater indicating which was the front and which the back, the size, ior what the sweater was made of. It was very itchy and definitely not cashmere. It was a turtleneck, but other than that the sweater was a different style from what was pictured online. Extremely disappointing. And, as other reviewers have said my options were to return it to China or to receive a 10% refund. The customer service "person", whom I'm certain was an AI bot, was ever so polite. This company is a scam. I wish I'd done some research before ordering.
