This is a Chinese dollar store masking as a boutique. I bought this: orthopedic heel boots with a triple-arch support system, cushioned insole and ergonomic design, a sleek, supportive fit, durable construction with refined finish ... I got boots made out of cheap FELT, zero support, the seams are so sloppy, threads hanging off... Shipped in a bag (These are shoes) from Wuhan. Three weeks to arrive. The "request a return" resulted in 4 emails, sent photos, and the request was granted. I could ship my product back to China at a cost of $40-$50 and get a refund on an item I paid $44.99 for, or they'd give me a 15% discount. This store uses keywords to come up in your search. The descriptions are fraud. The products are awful. The company is based in China (Ignore the paragraph about central NY - that's a total lie).

I would prefer to leave zero stars. I ordered a pair of cashmere socks in good faith. They eventually arrived and they are the cheapest, nastiest product you could ever imagine. I have emailed them requesting a full refund, and am yet to hear back. I will be reporting them if I do not hear anything further. A horrible, frustrating experience.

Very disappointed truly disgusting very dishonest company for not revealing to where exactly rerun damaged product after three weeks received product was damaged and poor quality after requesting to return the damaged product they wrote me to sent to back to China and cost around 50 $ !!!!! Very shameful and disgusting!!!

Don't buy the product from this side, the product is rubbish. The style is not the same like in the picture. I asked for refund. They don't want to give me the address. I need to pay postage but it's not my fault.

If you're here, you most likely got scammed. I won't repeat what many other reviewers have written so read through those reviews and you'll see a pattern. I rec'd an item completely different (piece of junk) than what was pictured on the website. In short, you will get the run around by way of delayed emails written by AI. At first you'll be asked to keep the item for a 15% discount. If you don't agree to that they may offer 20% off or an address in China to mail back the item at your expense-$40-50. Don't waste your time sending them photos (they may request at first) as it won't matter. It's just a stalling technique. I think their business model is to make you so frustrated that you give up. I eventually contacted my credit card company and was able to get a refund.

This place is a scam. I ordered two nice looking sweaters and they shipped me a dollars worth of cheap trash bags with chineese lettering on it. I had to dispute the transaction with my credit card company to get a refund. Do not buy from these scam artists. You're a scam artist! I've exchanged over twenty emails with your people. I ordered $100 of clothes. You sent me $1 of cheap chineese crap. You're not even a legit company. Take a long walk off a short pier.

I want to be very direct with you, if you've order here as it said the shop was from Melbourne when I typed from Australia sneakers. This is a Fraudulent website and scam. I've read up on this scam they delay delivery and try for over 30 days so they can take your money after you've paid for your shipping insurance, then you won't be entitled for a refund. If you've ordered here as I did in the post app it says from China and that alerted me as I said I don't want to buy from China to the scam buisness. Apparently from the 10/01/26 the shoes are still waiting for a courier in Sydney Australia. They do say CN 8 I'm a size 8 shoe. That means these orthopaedic pink shoes $103.00 Aud. Down from $200 are from China because it write CN 8. It's a scam here! Now what to do either phone your bank before 30 days as I did and I had to cancel my card incase to be safe. Dispute it with you bank before 30 days I only did this on the 27/01/26. I bought after Christmas and later I wasn't going to wait any longer as I found out digging around about this scam they have done here. They're in America apparently they take the photos from other websites to look like they're quality. Just Dispute it say it's a Fraudulent Site and a Scam. I have my money 💰 back after 1-2 days from my bank and I never felt good after ordering from this place felt bad intuition since place the order. Take back your power don't send them back the product it will costs you almost the same amount or maybe more to send them back they don't give labels!!! For returns... keep all tags on. Posting back to them takes so long you'll pay a very high price and won't be happy. Now you as a consumer have rights ask the AI that will tell you everything what to do who to go to. Lets take them down you have rights, just ask the AI, it will tell you what to do. They pretend they are really nice but it's all apart of the scam happen a lot in China. These shoes are on Temu and everywhere is cheaper than this scam shop they sell for about $24-$35 AUD the shoes. I bought in orthopaedic pink for $103.00 on sale and still they're on sale. What a terrible experience I knew something wasn't right and trusted the Shop pay app too much and the now I'm taking it down similar to shopify. Don't bother fighting with them although I did mention I know this scam they are doing. Just Dispute it or look further into your rights. Hopefully you too get your money back like I did. If my bank did this for me it sends you a clear message of this site to be a scam a fraudulent website. Cancel your card! Even though I went through SHOP Pay App as it can slip through apparently. 🤔 Didn't need this no one does and no Australians are not trusting! Take back your power! I ordered a jumper, and as I tried it on it split from the whole side and sleeve. No loose threads - it was like it had been glued together. I emailed them immediately & was informed I could get a refund or replacement. This is the catch - if I wanted a replacement, I had to send the jumper back at my expense. If I wanted a refund I would get 10%. I argued saying this was totally unfair. Eventually they offered 35% refund and would not do any more. Will NEVER order from them again. The quality looks better in the picture than the product.
