I ordered a sweater from this company and was wary about them possibly being a slickly presented Chinese company, and I was right! The sweater shipped through an independent courier from China and it wound up taking a tour of the US before arriving in Portland, where I live. After about a week, it somehow got shipped to Indianapolis (!) and then disappeared. The courier then changed the shipping manifest to show delivered in Portland. I contacted AH about this, and they sided with the courier.

Horrible quality. Nothing what the pics looks like. Scam from China. Do NOT waste your money

Garbage costume clothing. Do not buy. Apparently they don't know the difference between leather and polyester. It's a scam 100%. Don't trust any positive reviews. I wish i would have read the reviews first. Never again

If you order and do not receive your product, immediately file a charge dispute with your bank for a refund. This business is on line fraud. They steal images and falsely advertise high quality. You never receive the merchandise, their shipment carrier is also involved in the fraud. If you email them keep your chain of information. Your response is for me to email the fraud company??!! That’s funny. Been doing that 2 months and the replies are trash. This company doesn’t care about customer service or customers. It’s a fraud all the way around.

Do not buy anything from this sham company!! The shoes I ordered were supposed to be orthopaedic support shoes. First, they were made of such cheap material, didn't look like the picture and smelled very chemically. Second, the insoles were not cushioned or shaped at all, just flat and not orthopaedic at all. Finally, they sent me size 37 as opposed to size 39, so I couldn't even get them on my feet. Absolute waste of money - need to be shut down for consumer fraud.

Do not deal Alexander Hampton under any circumstance they are a nightmare. Their clothing is nothing like the pictures and the quality is not good. The sizes are ridiculously small. I ordered two 3XL shirts and they were like a straight jacket. When I asked them about a refund they tried everything to get out of a full refund but eventually I decided to post the shirts back to China which was an expensive exercise. Now almost 3 months later nothing despite Aust Post showing it being handed to local authorities 2 months ago. All I get when I chase it up is some kind of spin to be patient and how sorry they are...no half as sorry as I am for dealing with Alexander Hampton. I have given up hope of getting a refund but please DO NOT deal with these guys.

If I could give negative stars I would -⭐⭐⭐ this place is a scam owes everyone refunds. Still haven't received my sweater.

Well, I was suckered. I ordered shoes. They finally came but they were too big. I can only return them if I pay postage, but the worst thing is they used a fraudulent shipping label, and I had to pay shipping at the post office 19.95 I am seeing on the website fee delivery for them. China is all over the package. I am sick of all the rotten people of this world .
