I ditto Bunny's post from last week. Not Cashmere. No tags. Took a month to arrive. Sizing is completely off. Not sure how they stay in business if with all these credit chargebacks. I read somewhere they have a Texas address. That is only possible if by Texas they meant Taizhou!

Item arrived (sweater) however it does not fit like image at all and is supposedly a cashmere blend - I’m not sure where the cashmere is, the entire item sticks to you with static when you try it on and crackles with static. Emailed support for return and provided proof of purchase as requested. Next they requested a photograph of the item (never have I had to do this for a return before). Provided the photograph and have heard nothing from them. I just want the return details and a refund. I’m beyond disappointed with this company and their processes.

It took three weeks to get the order and finally when they came, I was disgusted. Very very cheap materials and impossible to wear. These were supposedly "orthopedic" slip ons. Way smaller than the size should be. Very stiff, very narrow. I couldn't even try them on. Hopefully I can get a refund but I have my doubts that they are a legit company. NEVER AGAIN!

Please do not buy from this place! I ordered shoes the 1st of January I still have not received them. They said they made it my home post office but were returned because there is not that address here. It is a very known address in my small town. I am very upset I got scammed!!

THIS IS A CHINA SCAM. This place will advertise one product and send you another. Then they will tell you that you have to ship it back to China on your dime. It will cost you more in shipping than what your refund will be. BUYER BEWARE !!!!!!!!!! If they want to make my order right they should send a prepaid shipping label to return their product that they misrepresented

They sent me the wrong sized shoes and then when i notified them they sent me an email outlining the return process. I have followed this and 6 emails have bounced back! AND the support link bounces back too DONT BUY FROM THEM

This company is such a scam! We ordered shoes for our daughter for Christmas, that day came and went without her shoes and with no real help from the “support” email they continue to give out to everyone on here. That so called support came in an email saying it showed delivered and they weren’t responsible for anything further, someone is almost always at our home and nothing from them was delivered (we also have cameras and nothing was taken either). The “support” email said for us to take it up with the post office, but weren’t willing to give us a tracking number to check so that if it truly said delivered we could indeed talk to our post office. The debacle is ongoing with no end in sight nor our daughter’s shoes.

I wish I had looked at the reviews before putting in an order I ordered a pair of boots in the wrong size 8 were too small I Ade a mistake by ooder one but there a different pop behind the order so I let get the cheaper it would not let me take the second pair so I was told it was in transit after trying to take the second pair off in less than 2 or 3 minutes this really not good then I get an emailed the 2 pair wich is the same size 8 order size 9 the order took three weeks or more I pray I get the right size and be refunded for the second pair of shoes!
