I ordered a “cashmere” sweater for 85$ around Christmas time and it arrived a month later without ANY tags on it and it is CLEARLY STRAIGHT POLYESTER!!! Please do not buy from this company!!!!

The shoes I purchased were the lowest quality shoe I've literally ever seen in my life. The intense smell of off-gassing from whatever plastic they used to make the shoe was overwhelming. I couldn't even take them out of the bag because of it. Still waiting to see how much they might charge me to return these $40 shoes.

Alexander Hampton is a horrible shopping experience. I ordered a pair of gloves which were a Christmas present and I still have not received them and it’s February 26, 2026. It’s been 2 1/2 months. At one point the package was in New York where I live, now they say it’s in California. I demanded a refund and they’re telling me to be patient when that ship sailed long ago. If you live in America, don’t bother they use USPS for international deliveries. And USPS is horrible with international delivering. I urge hope the product is worth the trouble. But I doubt I’ll ever get it. Kati

Ok first I wrote a review on Alexander - Hampton and they weren't happy with my review so they ask me to send them my purchase information so did that along with pictures and again this company still haven't paid me back for false advertising meaning the the coat was supposed to be leather coat but was cheap polyester sweater and advertised two pillows and sent one pillow and last they sent me some little boys gloves 😡 theft is a crime . Worst part this was thier second chance to make things right didn't even respond this time. Do Not Trust This company . (Answer to your reply) That is the same thing you said on the 1st review I made , you didn't do anything after I sent reply stop selling crap and making false solutions. I ALREADY Sent EMAIL . YOU HAVE STOLEN OVER $190.00 DOLLARS FROM ME AND YOU DONT DESERVE TO HAVE ANY A FAKE BUSINESS OR A LIGITAMIT ONE . I will right bad reviews on your company until you change your Company name or Give me my $190.00 God is watching Thow shall not steal. I purchased shoes from this website, not knowing they would be sent from another country and take a long time to arrive. When they arrived, they were not even in a shoe box and looked nothing like the picture. They looked an felt extremely low quality. They even smelled like chemicals. When I sent an email telling them I would like to return them, they said the return needed to be sent to China and the cost do me would be $40-$50 dollars! The cot of the shows was $65. Do NOT purchase from them. The site is a complete scam

I ordered 4 v neck pull over in"Cashmere". The awful goods I received were just inacceptable(nylon, viscose and polyester written in chinese ); very bad quality and nothing to do with the photos on their site. It is made in China.

I wish I could give it zero stars to the Alexander Hampton where I ordered two pairs of shoes. They were incredibly cheap looking, very poor quality and smelled like glue. And they definitely gave me a runaround when I was trying to return them decided I had to send a picture of the shoes in an email. And finally after three emails they gave me the address in China that I needed to send them back to with the cost to mail them back exceeding the price of the shoes! They also labeled the shoes orthopedic yet they had no arch support whatsoever. This company is terrible. I highly recommend you never do business with them!!

I feel that you cannot trust this company. They have too many "over sight" when trying to get a refund and not even a full refund. Beware just an update I did get a 5.00 refund on 39.99 purchase very sketchy company. I will not be ordering anything from them again
