SCAM Ordered a cashmere sweater- that was NOT cashmere at all. Not even a little bit. NO tags. Seam ripped up the side with one try-on. AWFUL. Shoes were supposed to be orthotic. HILARIOUS. They have no support. have to put an insert them to event have any cushion

Placed an order on January 25 and still have not received my items. The shipping link does not provide any details and just gives information in china. No customer service response. I am requesting a refund and I will never order anything else from this site. Don’t even bother with the routine message about fixing it so I’m satisfied. I’m already not satisfied. Wish I could give a zero instead of 1 star.

If I could do “0” stars, I would. Ordered pair of boots back in January and somehow they have been lost in shipment. Asked for a refund and the keep delaying. After asking 3 times for a refund, they decided to send a new pair of boots without my consent and of course the size they sent is completely wrong, a waste of time and money, with go to my card company and void the sale since they aren’t willing to make this right.

I ordered a blazer and waistcoat (vest), size M. When they arrived, they were size XL and conveniently no size markings on the product. I contacted them and dealt with Anna Beckett and she gave me 2 options: keep the item and receive a 15% refund, OR send them back to China at my expense ($40-$50, USD). Both options result in a substantial loss on my part. I filed a fraud claim with my credit card company and I also filed a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission. I haven't heard anything back from Ms. Beckett.

I am giving a 1 to this review only because the customer service emails were polite and cooperative. Otherwise, there would be a 0! This company has an Anglo Name but the products are made in China. Nowhere on their website states that. And, I agree with the other reviewers that the return situation is against the buyer. They give a % off do you can save on shipping to China. They must not have pride in their brand because each sweater I purchased (5 total) had no label. What was there instead were loose, unraveled threads. Also, there is a false representation of the images as the quality does not match the promotion. I’m very disgusted with dealing with Chinese companies like this. It’s happened to me several times before.

I made my order on 6th Febuary 2026. I bought shoes for an event i was to attend weekend just gone. No shoes have arrived. I asked for a refund. After numerous emails back and forth with a woman/AI called Beckett, i haven't recieved anything to date. Shoes nor refund. I now think they are a scam. I would have been better ordering from Temu or Shein. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. I will be contacting consumers rights agency about them.

No customer service. No tracking number that worked. No item delivered. Just lies, lies and more lies. WHY DO THESE COWBOYS HAVE MERCHANT FACILITIES? I'm looking at you Visa etc! UPDATE So here on TrustPilot they offer to put me in touch with their "support" team! Who do they think is providing the lies and lack of service? Oh yeah, it's the "support" team. What a joke!

Sent wrong size. Photo gimmick to show and the tool €120 from me. Worst shop ever
