I wish I would have read reviews before I submitted payment. I ordered some suede Chelsea boots on Feb the 18th, it is almost March 18th, and I have yet to receive. To whomever responds from Alexander Hampton, I’ve already sent an email with my order number and was told because of Chinese New Year it’s a bit of delay. It went from 4-8 business days to this BS. Oh and another thing, quit sending me emails to entice me to purchase more goods, because Im not. Just send my merchandise. Order # AH334592 Ship #SDH0092790692

It’s been a month and tracking show product still at china waiting to be picked up! Contacted support and no response . This is a scam reporting to BBB.

I bought a pair of sweatpants for my son for Christmas from Alexander Hampton. Three months later, I am still so upset about my experience that I am compelled to write a review. I ordered the sweatpants at the end of November 2025. Two weeks later, I reached out to them through their website and was told that the pants were on the way. Christmas came and went, and after a couple email exchanges with them, the sweatpants never arrived nor was I refunded my money. This business, is a complete scam. I wish I had known about trust pilot before I ordered. If I could give this business zero, stars I would.

I received a damaged sweater with loose threads and a tag that had been sown in at a the shoulder seam and then ripped out (which also took over a month to arrive to my house) and when I reached out, they want me to pay for return shipping to China. This is absolutely scam behavior and completely unprofessional I wish I would have never ordered from them

Anna with Alexander Hampton responded to my initial review with continous repeated "We apologize... We understand... Their courier says the item was delivered to my mailbox, items were delivered to USPS, check with USPS... all lies. AND, I paid for delivery protection. Alexander Hampton did NOT honor the delivery protection. Trusting them, I lost $125.43. They have lost a lifetime customer and referrals. ALEXANDER HAMPTON IS NOT TRUSTWORTHY IF THEY ARE A REAL ONLINE STORE... Alexander Hampton is NOT a Trustworthy Company. In December 2025, I placed an order for 2 pairs of women sneakers. The sneakers NEVER arrived. From late January through to today, March 9, 2026, I've sent multiple (11) emails alerting them that my order had not arrived. Representative, Anna Beckett continued to tell me that the items were placed in my mailbox. My mailbox can NOT receive anything larger then letter size mail. I have made several request for a refund. They refused to refund me.

SCAM! Do not order from this website.

The shipping took a month. The shoes that arrived are a cheap quality copy of the pictured item and they are smaller than the size 10 that they say they are meant to be. They were expensive at $96 and they look like a cheap $10 or less pair that don’t fit me. Very disappointing.

Ordered early February. No response from customer service, no information on my tracking portal.
