Having completed many coaching and training programs over the years and read countless books, I can confidently say that Alex stands out from everyone else in the field. His courses are unique, and his ability to combine humor with razor-sharp clarity is brilliant. He hits the nail on the head every single time. Alex has an extraordinary linguistic talent—he calls things by their exact name and provides truly fantastic, actionable solutions. He possesses a deep, rock-solid mastery of the subjects he teaches. I’ve learned more from him than from any other coach or book. I frequently recommend Alex to my English-speaking clients and will continue to do so without hesitation. Highly recommended!

March 27, 2026. Second week into the Marriage Emergency Intervention (MEI) program with Alex. Worst.day.of.my.life. Seemed like things were going smoothly after learning a few things more from Alex. Then an argument with my wife turned into a vicious circle of anger and resentment and yelling and fury. I cried. I cried holding my daughter in my arms that day. I cried like I have never cried before. I know that I will only cry like that again when someone I love dies. That day, my marriage died. I was lucky. I was lucky beyond belief because of three things: 1) my wife has high emotional intelligence and loves me. 2) Alex was holding MEI at that time and the answers I needed were coming. 3) it did not escalate further. Alex and his teachings, for me, were a godsend. It happened when it had to happen. I do not believe in fate, but for years, everything that was happening was pushing towards an event that changed the vicious circle that my marriage became. This date was it. There was no going back. The only way to go was forward and luckily I had the best teacher on my side. Two teachers to be fair as another man whose name is also Alex was part of the program, and all of us together worked so that I can master myself. In the end, Alex revealed to me the path towards becoming my highest self. Each one of his programs are little steps, that you must take to become the best version of yourself. Let me be clear: it is NOT easy. There is a ton of work to do. A ton of misconceptions and previous learning to undo to make place for what is real. Alex helped to ground me in the present, and how to love myself again. Our couple therapist tried and failed to help us. He was on the right path, brought us to 90% but did not have the final 10% that we desperately needed. Alex brought that 10% to light and I can only describe it in one ridiculously sounding sentence: "It is the key to life". After the third week of MEI, I got it. Practiced it daily. Daily! One week later I got welcomed back to my family, and to my "new and improved" marriage. No, I am not yet in the "ideal" I imagined. But for the first time, I see clearly everything I messed up, everything I ignored and I know how to be fully in the present to adore what I have and who I am and who I am on the path of becoming. That ideal now includes my actual wife in it, not an illusion I project onto her. This is thanks to Alex who revewled the path on which I am slowly and steadily walking. I can now be happy. Thank you.

What makes Alex special is he cares. Really cares. And that comes through in his emails, his videos and his programs. Most coaches do these things to secure clients, build their business and generate a healthy income. Not Alex. He genuinely cares about each participant he works with. So, he goes beyond: reflecting deeply on each comment, question, challenge. This man is on a mission to address the biggest challenges men (and women) face in relationships... to stop us from 'othering' another. And he does it by understanding at a deep level how men and women interact. His knowledge is deep and wide. But what makes him really special, is every interaction is laced with compassion. Thank you brother. If you're struggling with your marriage or wanting to date or perform better in bed, there's no-one better.

Alex has been one of the most important mentors in my journey over the past 12 years, since I first did an in-person workshop with him in Phoenix, Arizona in 2014 (the original “How to Man” weekend). The world is full of an amazing amount of confusing, misguided advice and ambiguity around what it means to be a man, including how to really develop self worth and a sense of value. This extends to how to fully show up for a woman in intimacy and relationships. Following Alex’s work, I have developed a sense of self and internal validation that is independent of external conditions and in doing so become more free than I ever thought possible. I’ve never found what Alex teaches anywhere else, and I truly hope that his work and lineage continue so that my children will have access to this level and depth of guidance in the world. If you’re considering buying Alex’s products or working with Alex in any capacity, I’d wholeheartedly recommend it. If you ever want to speak to me directly to ask any questions ahead of any big commitments, I encourage you to reach out to Alex’s team and have them connect us.

I happened upon Alex's sphere during a rough spell in my marriage, initially using some of his digital products and then joining small group coaching. Alex, in addition to being an amazing human being, is exceptionally good at what he does. He has incredible emotional intelligence and an uncanny ability to identify the root issues while inspiring you to become a better version of yourself. Working with Alex has helped me clearly see the patterns in my behavior and my relationship that were affecting both my marriage and my overall happiness. That awareness alone has been life-changing. What sets Alex apart, though, is that he doesn't stop at helping you understand the problem. His advice is practical, specific, and actionable. His guidance has been exactly what I needed to hear, and it's led to meaningful changes in how I communicate, think, and show up in my relationship. If you're willing to do the work, Alex provides the insight, accountability, and tools to create lasting change.

If you want to only talk about your problems then go to a therapist. If you want to actually solve your problems then go to Alex Allman. Alex’s keen insight cuts to the heart of the issue in a way that psycho babble does not. Alex has a fresh approach to working through a relationship’s problems that does not require both you and your partner to be there. If you are struggling with your relationships then go with Alex…. HE GETS RESULTS!

I've been around the coaching and personal development world for many years. I've been a client, a student, a mentor, and coach myself. I've seen behind the curtain of many brands and their "gurus." Alex is one of the extreme few who I can and will say is the real deal. Of course, he knows his topic as well as you can hope, but more than that — much more. He truly cares about the lives and success of those he speaks to, whether they have invested a dime with him or not. He's committed to his work, and his dedication is obvious within a few sentences.

I had some really excellent coaching sessions with Alex Allman this guy is the real deal super emotionally intelligent and full of wisdom and generous to share this wisdom like a brother . I did this coaching to help with my personal dating life which is still a work in progress but I have clarity on my mission and remain motivated in the dating environment with my confidence boosted by Alex and a couple of other coaches . During my coaching sessions I came to realise I was in the wrong job and not too happy about it . I changed my job and am a lot happier and so much more relaxed credit to Alex for helping me close one chapter and open a lot happier chapter . Highly recommended to access Alex dating / life coaching !! Truly one of the good guys
