I wanted to take the 7-days free trial week and canceled the subscription after a couple days. Ofcourse they suddenly took €40. I called Apple and a kind lady helped me request a refund by looking with me on my screen (also a bit weird to me, to share my screen). Now I got resitution but its a Apple Giftcard, which I didn’t ask for. I just want my money back but its a lot effort for something that is illegal (?), namely to take money while I canceled the subscription in time.

Initial setup is not as straightforward as it could be. Integration with my PMS had major issues and required support - still not working properly. Mobile app is virtually worthless. Web interface is clunky, and support is very difficult to reach. But it still offers some peace of mind for insight into what's going on in the home.
