Tammy Porter, she is the reason my experience with ALERT Communications was plesant. She was always ready to answer questions, even at 6 a.m. Yes, you read that right, EVEN AT 6 a.m. ALERT's business model and client facing products align with our service, just not at this very moment. Very responsive and helpful customer service
This company is very responsive to customer service inquiries. I also appreciated that the representative helping me looked into our account to see what else she could update and improve on.
