Hi Susan, We truly apologize for the issues you had with the post office delivery. We strive to ship out within the same day, but unfortunately we cannot control USPS after it is out of our hands. We're just as frustrated as you are because USPS lost the package but we're not the type to make excuses, especially to someone who's had multiple orders with us.
