ALCOLOCKReviews of alcolockusa.com

Deryk was so helpful! He went above and beyond my expectations from any customer service rep. He price shopped and got me a great price, and got me an appointment for the next business day. He's called back several times to remind me about my appointment and walked me through the payment processes. Super fun and friendly to talk to. He's someone I would actually hang out with. I wish all customer service experiences were like that. Thank you brother for all your help.

The service I received was extraordinary excelente and the person that made it even better was Mrs Elisa who help me like she was part of my family

THIS COMPANY IS NOTHING TO DO WITH ALCOLOCK UK WHICH IS A DIFFERENT COMPANY IN A DIFFERENT COUNTRY

Been to the office in Elizabeth City with my Son for last 9 months. Never have I seen the compassionate and caring customer service provided by Mr. Chris Edwards Every single time we visit it’s a positive experience and even uplifting! He is a true inspiration for those in this difficult situation. Beside’s his expertise of the product and installation- he always is polite and friendly and provides a promising word to his customers. You just don’t see this kind of service anymore and I’m fortunate ( and others as well!) to have Chris giving it- every single visit. Thanks for all you do to support my Son and others in a tough time in his/ her lives. You are a great man-Chris - God Bless. Mike D for Brandon Dennis
