Avoid them at all cost. horrible service. they admit to not being able to determine what caused lockouts/violations, but still charge you. devices are set so low that anything will trigger them.

Horrible customer service ! My device wasn’t working, it kept locking me out even though I had not had a single drop of alcohol. I didn’t chew gum or used mouthwash before blowing into the device yet it locked me out three times. I was afraid if I tried again it would lock me out permanently and I had no other way to get home from work nor could I leave my car in a parking lot so I decided to contact the so call alcolock hotline. A “lady” answered my call and was very rude and useless. I told her what was happening with the device and her answer was to air the device before blowing, which I had already done then she went to say that there was nothing she could do at that time and she didn’t know what else to tell me. I wish I had gotten her name, if she’s so clueless and doesn’t like talking to people she shouldn’t be working in customer service ( I know because I’ve been in this industry for over a decade) very unprofessional, and not helpful at all I wish I had read the reviews before I got the device from this company. I will be looking into switching companies.

this from alcolock do not serve without having any drop of alcohol he tells me that he has detected alcohol on Thursday morning I get to blow and then he says that I failed the test and then he makes me stop the car and turn it off and blow Again and I can start the car and I already have a violation of a code 37, I have to pay 114 dollars to have it restarted and today it does the same to me by throwing a code 39 of alcohol, do not take this company for that this is a fraud to get money from people

Absolutely Terrible company and their customer service is also very unprofessional. I spoke to a lady named Araceli and she refused to change my appointment because I didn't pay the fee that wasn't even due till the next day. What ever you do...DO NOT SIGN UP WITH ALCOLOCK!!! THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY!!!

Literally impossible to get anyone on the phone. Don't know how they stay in business oh yea that's right they got the politicians in their back pockets
