This company should not even be allowed to operate. Just had my 3rd time when device malfunctioned. Got into vehicle after work and at least 3 hours after eating or drinking ANYTHING. Immediately get a 5 minute lockout. After 5 minutes, am allowed to start vehicle. Now they're going to charge me about 80 bucks for the 3rd time for a code. There should be a class action lawsuit against this company. Gonna start looking for a lawyer and see if it's possible to sue them. Complete fraud.

I do not like to give companies bad reviews but this one deserves it I've had alcohol installed in my car for 5 months now I told them from day one the unit is defective the people that installed it put the wires on the floor the unit on the floor and the wires run across my emergency brake also the unit always gives me a false positive in the company makes me pay $79 or I won't be able to start my car anymore they've done this numerous times to me and cost me lots of money I am out of a job because I am handicapped and do not have much money every time the device acts up all they say no matter what you tell them is you have to pay to get the code to be able to use your car. It's very simple I was driving a few weeks ago and it told me to pull over and turn the car off so I did and then it put me on a 5-minute lockout so right after 5 minutes I retested and it let me start the car but they still charged me the $79 and it's pretty obvious that I did not drink after 5 minutes it let me start the car I have not drink since my DUI in 2017 this is only one incident today it told me to retest after 5 minutes of driving and the device would not let me it kept saying blow harder blow longer then it said retest not available and immediate notification which means when they are open tomorrow I have to call them and it doesn't matter no matter what even though the device is defective I've told them many many times they're going to say you must pay the $79 or you cannot use your car thank God I only have one more month of this but they take your money always and nobody can do anything about it I looked at reviews and another person asked has anybody thought about a class action against this company I'm not really good with smartphones so I don't know how to respond to that person but this has been going on with multiple people and they keep stealing our money legally it's the worst company I ever dealt with and I can't afford to keep paying them extra money it already cost me $94 a month and then the device being defective they won't do anything about it please somebody help because alkalak will not budge all they want is that $79 every time the device messes up. Worst experience I've ever had with a company it even gave me anxiety to get in my car and start it so I hardly even drive now talk about mental stress and pain and suffering mentally humongous pain and suffering. I wish there was a real person that worked at this company alkalak that would understand and not keep charging me for their device not working correctly thanks for listening.

Wishbi could give them 0... Worst company ever go elsewhere if you need an interlock system!!! Can not stress that enough, they are thieves and will charge you for things and say it's the auto place when it's actually them charging you, they are liars and frauds

The devices use non ethanol specific fuel cells and the readings are unethical to use. Within 48 hours of my filing a petition outlining their fraud, alcolock voluntatily broke their longstanding contract and left the state of virginia. they're fraudsters. and they outta be ashamed

Get locked out for no reason. Device always has issues. When I call, there is rarely a person I can speak with and when I do get a person they never know anything

They tell you the first month is free and then they tell you you come back every 30 to 60 days no it's not you go back every 28 days so divide 365 days a year into 28 days so you're paying for 13 months. This company is thieves

Has anyone thought about a class action on this company it is a fraud and money racket. I’ve never had one but my brother does and if you eat a sandwich it sets it off.

Worst company ever. Paid for a year and a half for them to never send it in to the DOT to say I had it installed. Called 3 separate times for them to say they would take care of it and never did. Finally had to drive to the DOT to prove I had it installed. After that they stopped answering my calls. I couldn't get any help or calls back so I parked my vehicle at the service installer before it locked me out and had to get it towed. It sat for over 2 months waiting for them to call back when I suddenly get an email saying they are suing me for $3000 for the equipment I didn't return. As my vehicle is at their installer and unusable for almost 3 months. Finally got the number of management only through the email of them suing me. They claimed they just hired new people and couldnt keep track of all their customers yet. Now I have to pay for install somewhere else because they still never sent documents to the DOT and I get papers saying it only counts for the 3 months that I drove up and proved it was installed. When having it Uninstalled the service tech said I should have called first because he would have recommended any company but them.
