They are just extorting people cause you have no choice if you get a false immediate recall…. This company go to hell

If I could give zero reviews I would, initial installation was done incorrectly and caused multiple sensors to be tripped. Had to pay $100 to be service and all the sensors to be reset and then had to have to device reinstalled. Had car issues and needed immediate service on a Friday afternoon and the shop needed to get an override code but NO ONE ANSWERED THE PHONE. I have small children and no other transportation so I had to risk my car breaking down because of this company not answering the phone during business hours and they advertise 24/7 service but after hours service people won't give codes to the shop to get the car fixed. Those are just the two biggest issues among many others. I don't think any of these companies are any good from what I've read online so good luck.

Quite possibly the worst customer service I have ever had, and not just once, but on EVERY occasion that I have ever been forced to deal with them. Use any other company than this one.

From day one, hum louder, blow longer and harder. $79.00 multiple times using this machine that has multiple malfunctions. I have gotten another same machine and new cord with the same issues. I have not been drinking alcohol. And still hours every night stranded at my job because this machine wants to have a mind of its own. It's a nightmare every night dealing with this machine. I have sleepless nights and days when this machine doesn't want to operate. And codes with $79.00 fees regardless if you haven't drank one bit of alcohol during the other night. This machine is nerve racking and needs to be evaluated. I don't like giving reviews out but time to check your machine and please stop charging for unnecessary codes that have no violations on alcohol (For blow harder, blow longer and hum louder=nothing to do with any alcohol.

The machine is always malfunctioning leaving you stranded for hours no matter where you are waiting for a tech to bring new machine. That’s not including time waiting to actually reach someone who can assist you in getting that hours long process started.

I have been using this company for multiple years and have had numerous complaints about them. First of all a piece of their equipment malfunctioned rendering my vehicle unable to drive. It was not able to be fixed over the phone and was not user error or customer caused. I then lost a day of work and had to pay for my vehicle to be towed in for service, highly inconvenient yet understandable. Then I was refused reimbursement for the tow, the least they could do. The final event among others is that all of my local service centers closed. I was now required to drive 4 hours on a moments notice to have my vehicle serviced. I was assured another center in my area would be opening up and that this would not happen again. I called a week or more ahead of time for the following service to confirm the location and was unable to any help but was assured I’d receive a call back, I called back each day to check in and no response. So for my next appointment I get a call the day of service that I will have to drive again over 4 hours away. This is unacceptable and I asked be compensated for having their equipment removed. Nothing more than the cost incurred to have their service tech uninstall the unit. They refused, and still will require me to pay to have it uninstalled, drive for half a day, and provide zero assistance.

Ive had questionable recalls before but this takes the cake. I havent drank alcohol in more than 24 hours, was able to make multiple errands fine. Didnt eat or drink anything but water, and hit my juul in between stops. All the sudden i get a 1 minute alcohol detected lock out, which the retest i of course pass. I come back to my car and try to start it and fail again getting a 5 minute lockout. Then a 45 minute lockout. No food or drink or anything that they warn you about. I called and they said it could be the heat and to try again when my lockout ends. So here i am with a clean system about to have to pay for the code for having alcohol in my system, and take half a day off work for it. Absolutely incredibly frustrating. If it malfunctions again my car will have to be towed. And by the way, their website claims there are no false readings or malfunctions but its blatantly false,. The product is really really not good, and will end up making you pay more. Takes up to a minuteish to get to the enter sample screen in the heat too so hope you like pit stains. Beyond ridiculous, borderline criminal BS business. Update: emergency hotline told me to go to my closest service center and just wait in line. They have closed sign set to be back at 1 and it is now 2, and i called the emergency hotline again and they had no idea when they would be open and told me i needed an appointment. Which i tried to set up in my first call. I will be switching iid companies this is beyond ridiculous.
