Thanks for organizing a great vacation for our family. We enjoyed the bears, whales & glaciers driving tour and we saw a lot of wildlife. The hotels were great, as well as the rental car. We can strongly recommend Alaska Active Travel !

Awesome Alaska Experience
We were leery to book with Alaska Active Travel. Having always planned trips on our own, or booked a group tour this was a new experience. In the end, we are glad we did. We had a fantastic trip to Alaska. They arranged hotel accommodations, transportation, additional excursions and hotel nights at our request. It was complete package without the cumbersome mess of a group tour. Before departure we received a detailed itinerary with vouchers, instructions, addresses, and phone numbers, as well as information and suggestions to help us prepare and enjoy our vacation. Thank you Alaska Active Travel

Everything went smoothly
Everything went smoothly for us be it our AlaskaAir scheduled flights, our scheduled accommodations or ground travel. We were able to relax knowing everything was planned out ahead of time and our printed itinerary kept us in the loop at all times. Go Alaska was easy to work with and their recommendations were spot on. We thought this would be our "once in a lifetime " trip, but we are ready to go back!

We have used Alaska Active two times…
We have used Alaska Active two times now and had great experiences both times. First off, I was skeptical since the agent is completly online; but I booked anyway hoping not to be ripped off! I am very glad we did. In 2019 we took the train from Anchorage to Fairbanks, then a small bush plane to Bettles Lodge, then back to Fairbanks and to Cheana Hot Springs. Andrea arranged all the transfers and lodgings. Everything was timed perfectly and went off without a hitch. This Sept we took a self drive tour. I had an itinerary in mind and Andrea arranged all our tours and lodging all the way from Seward, to Valdez, McCarthy, to Denali. We encountered a small problem checking into one hotel, and I e-mailed Andrea and she immediately called and straightened it out. I would not hesitate to use Alaska Active again since their pricing seems to be better than other tour companies. I have and will continue to recommend them to travelers to Alaska.

It's fantastic to hear about your positive experiences with Alaska Active, not just once but twice! Your adventures, from the train journey from Anchorage to Fairbanks and the unique experience at Bettles Lodge, to the self-driven tour with an itinerary spanning from Seward to Denali, sound absolutely wonderful. We're particularly pleased to know that Andrea was able to assist you effectively, ensuring your trips were seamless and enjoyable, even going the extra mile to resolve any issues promptly.
Your trust in us, especially given your initial skepticism about booking with a completely online agent, is something we deeply appreciate. We're thrilled to have exceeded your expectations and to have played a part in creating memorable adventures for you in Alaska. Your satisfaction and willingness to recommend us to others is the highest compliment we can receive.
Thank you for your continued support, and we look forward to assisting you with your future travels to Alaska, ensuring they are as smooth and enjoyable as your previous experiences. Safe travels until we have the pleasure of serving you again!
