Alan is very untrustworthy and stabbed us in the back
We hired Alan to shoot several homes with our cabinetry in the early 2000's. We needed these photos to create our brochures and for our website. Alan gave us full rights to some of them, but to our surprise some of them he did not. He sold the rights on the ones he did not give us the right to to some copyright attorneys. We had shared these photos with many of our dealers for advertising of our products on their sites. Many of our dealers have been threatened and harrassed by these copyright attorneys for many years now and it has been a very negative experience for all involved. Be certain to get the full rights to any work done by him or he will come back and haunt you!

I regret that Mr. Motzkus chose to leave such a deceptive and negative review despite having been fully informed of my copyright and licensing terms on every quotation, invoice and delivery memo.
