Booked tickets through Akbar Travels UAE and had a frustrating experience. The tickets were not confirmed immediately, and after payment I was told the airline had increased the price and I needed to pay extra. It feels like they advertise low fares to attract customers, then add extra charges later to cover the real fare and their commission. Be cautious before booking here - make sure your price is truly final before paying.

I booked my ticket and my flight got cancelled, they have taken 40 AED as refund fee, I heard it 1st time, I suffered enough because of them and losing money too. So here after I never ever use their serice, Good bye.

I had booked a flight ticket through Akbar Travels for 1000 SAR. I cancelled the ticket 3 weeks before the travel date and selected the full refund option. However, I received a message saying I would get only 400 SAR as a refund. This is very disappointing. I have not received a proper explanation, and the customer service has not responded satisfactorily. My experience with Akbar Travels has been very poor. I do not recommend booking tickets through Akbar Travels because of their poor customer support and refund handling. I hope the company reviews my case and processes the correct refund as soon as possible.😡😡😡😡😡

What a worst ever experience with akbar travel. My father was sick and i went emergency leave to my home country. Booked a ticket and I wanted to extend the date but they never responded my emails or my phone calls. Please for God sake don't purchase ticket from this bad company.
