“I initially left a positive review because I was not a web developer and believed the work I had been shown represented what I had purchased. My professional background is in oil and gas. After terminating Ajroni and bringing in a replacement development team, technical issues were identified that materially changed my understanding of the work delivered. I paid approximately $9,050 in total. My contract described a new custom website design and ecommerce functionality. My replacement developers subsequently identified issues requiring correction, including checkout/payment-related matters, and the website later became unusable. I have opened a dispute with Wells Fargo and have provided the bank with the contract, payment history, emails, and technical findings. Based on what I now know, I would not hire Ajroni again.”
