I had lots of questions and they were all answered. The cutting board came in the mail yesterday and today I opened it and it was even better than the pictures! Packaged securely, no damage. I used the shop's wax and gave it a good soak. I can't wait to start using it. The color variegations are so pretty!

More than exceeded my expectations! I had my name lasered on to my custom desined board, and choose a font I found that worked with the equipment, and turned out stunningly!! Now considering the same for immediately family gifts! Me being in Canada, we were worried about shipping, but went off without a hitch and only took 6 days door to door, through USPS/CanadaPost. Very much looking to forward many years of business.
