Me hicieron un cargo a mí tarjeta de una compra o suscripción que jamás acepte además el cargo en dólares, no especifican de que es la página y estoy muy molesto por qué me hicieron el pago sin autorización y realmente quiero una solucion, no estoy interesado en comprar nada y mucho menos esa suscripción, solo quiero una respuesta y el reembolso del cargo que hicieron con cargo a mí tarjeta, se me hace muy mal eso y la verdad pésimo todo que hagan ese tipo de cosas, todo esto es un fraude, espero una pronta respuesta y por favor dejen de estafar a la gente. I have never requested a registration on your website. I made an online purchase from an Instagram site, and since then, I've received notifications of charges to my account from your company. Two charges have been made, one for $9.50 and the other for $20, which I didn't make, nor was I aware they would be made. I want an immediate refund of my funds. This is how they work. They trap you through phishing, charge your account with money you didn't authorize (at least not clearly), and then ask for good reviews to return it. Just to gain likes. Now this page is asking me to delete my bad rating so they can give me my money back. If I don't, they won't give it back. That's blackmail! Well, "Ajourneyhike" stopped sending me emails warning me that if I didn't change my Trustpilot rating, they wouldn't be able to initiate the refund process. They simply wrote to me saying they were sorry I didn't want to continue being part of their "community," and that they would welcome me back as soon as I wanted to. They closed my account with almost $30 still in it (money taken from my bank account via phishing). They haven't refunded me anything, even though it's been more than 20 days since the scam took place. I just ask everyone to be very careful. The internet is full of scammers trying to trick you, disguised as services or sellers of wonderful products from the other side of the world, which you can probably find in the store around the corner from your house. Be more suspicious, be more cautious. I didn't do it...I trusted and I lost.
