About AJF Inspections

AJF Inspections has served Scottsdale and Phoenix homeowners since 1996. Our family owned company has completed over 100,000 inspections across the Valley, including Scottsdale, Phoenix, Tempe, Mesa, Chandler, and Gilbert. Licensed inspectors document every finding with photos and deliver a same-day digital report. We perform buyer's inspections, seller's inspections, new construction inspections, commercial inspections, sewer scope inspections, termite inspections, pool and spa inspections, radon testing, and mold testing. Real estate agents refer us because our reports are clear and our communication is direct. We answer questions before an inspection, during an inspection, and after a client reads the report. Book online or call us.

AJF Inspections (ajfinspections.com) has 33 customer reviews on Five Star Index, with an average rating of 4.8 out of 5.

Excellence all around
Cesar was an excellent inspector for my new build construction and a pleasure to work with. His reports were very detailed and he was able to answer any and all questions we had. When I have my 2nd inspection in a year, I would be happy to hire him again for it.

Frank the inspector provided a thorough inspection and detailed report with lots of high resolution pix to identify each point of concern or condition. We also got the extra air quality, radon , and termite tests.
