AitocReviews of aitoc.com

A very serious company with robust extensions. For sure one of the Magento module providers to be considered when building your online store.

I have a website selling customized labels for beer, wine and liquor. My entire webshop is built upon Aitoc’s M2 extension Custom Product Designer, which seemed to be the only extension offering me the features and flexibility that I need. Initially we had a bumpy start, due to the fact that the extension had some bugs, which made it almost unusable for the purpose I was going to use it for – this was quite critical, considering my entire webshop is built upon their extension. I contacted the team, and despite much communication back and forth, they finally turned out to be extremely helpful, cooperating with my developer, and together finding a solution within a couple of weeks. Now everything works flawlessly and I am so happy that I decided to go with Aitoc for this software! /Sofus
