Amazing experience

Excellent customer service from AIS
I had an excellent experience resolving my account issues thanks to Cheryl Stanley at AIS. My Mercury Insurance portal had been set up with an incorrect email address, which caused several important documents I sent earlier to not get posted. Because of this, I received multiple letters from Mercury regarding undeliverable e-docs and missing information. I called AIS and spoke with Cheryl, who was incredibly helpful. She guided me step-by-step through every single issue, corrected my account details, and successfully updated all of my documents. Thank you, Cheryl, for the outstanding service and for getting everything sorted out so quickly!

Rigo R is THE MAN!
Called at 4:15pm in California and was given insurance within moments. Was originally quoted with Mercury... but Mercury turned me down all of a sudden... THEN Rigo said let's try Progressive; and then THEY were being picky with what Californians they take... Geico next; nope. Allstate; nada. RIGO DIDN'T STOP! He pushed through with underwriting me for the Orion Indemnity Company! At the BEST PRICE EVER!!!!!! THANKS RIGO! 5/5 service
