Jennifer Troeller with Mercury was wonderful to work with. She was very thorough, helpful, and took the time to answer all of my questions throughout the insurance process. I had the pleasure of speaking with Jennifer Troeller. I have been shopping around for new car insurance and let me tell you. NOT ONE person I spoke to can compare to the amazing service Jennifer provided. She answered all of the 100 questions I had. She explained every step of the process thoroughly. She was extremely patient and understanding as I had my noisey toddler in the background. Jennifer was also quick to solve a problem I ran into and went above and beyond for my family and I. If I could give her more stars I absolutely would. She shows that she really loves what she does and is the best at it. I had an excellent experience with Lula…
I had an excellent experience with Lula Baker. She answered all my questions and explained policy coverages. Definitely a 10 in customer service . She listened to me and gave me assurance that the policy initiation was handled successfully. Extremely pleased and glad to rejoin Mercury after 25 year plus hiatus.
