I had never heard of AIS so I was a little wary. The Insurance Specialist I was connected with, Tatiana Uribe Gutierrez, immediately put me at ease with her knowledge, and warm, friendly, though completely professional, manner. She ably took me through the process of creating quotes for Auto, Homeowners and Umbrella policies and made herself available for follow-up phone calls throughout the process of obtaining the policies once I decided to go with the Mercury Quotes. When we hit some snags on the Umbrella policy, she reassured me and ushered me through that process as well with a personal and extremely helpful touch. I liked and trusted her enormously and it’s because of her that I went with Mercury, and ended up with policies I’m happy with, and at surprisingly competitive rates.
