First of all I’m a guy who books tickets by myself. First time I tried via a 3rd party service because my friend said so. I got chance to get in touch with Vinay in air trip masters, he literally acted like personal assistant and answered all my queries very quickly over WhatsApp chat, he helped me provide options which helped me decide what is best for my family and for me. I never knew it will be so hustle free, no waste of time like other 3rd party companies. Direct useful talks with Vinay, I contacted other 3rd party booking services and they talk all stuff except what is required. They don’t understand our need but they enforce their opinion. With Vinay it was not like that, very professional, very polite, all the qualities an agent can have. Not sure if all agents are same in air trip masters or it is only Vinay. I hope I get in touch with this guy all the time if others in air trip masters are not the same. Literally he acted like my local travel agent who we use to have in India. Even they try to extract money but not Vinay. Talk to the point and polite. In few words: simple, quick, useful, no waste of time. Big thanks to Vinay, some what credit goes to air trip masters to have an agent like this. This is what a service is called, so only still humans are required and AI is not that successful yet in service industry.
