I flew from Tahiti on July 21st with Air Tahiti Nui to LAX. I landed at LAX on the 22nd where my luggage never arrived. There I filled out a report with one of your employees (which I have also attached here in the email) and she said she would send it in. She also said that I would hear from you after 48 hours, but unfortunately I still haven't. And it's the 4th of August now... She checked with her colleague and they could see that my luggage had not been scanned into LAX airport, so it would probably still be on the plane which continued to Paris that same day. I have subsequently written to you three times and filled in a form your their website, where an auto-reply comes back, where you write that you will return within 72 hours and you haven't either... Leonora (my friend who is in Denmark right now) has tried to call several of your numbers, but she can't get through to them :(( Sebastian from a Danish boat in Tahiti has also been up at the airport within your opening hours 3 times when you have not been there. However, he was allowed by Air Tahiti to go in and check all forgotten/lost luggage at the airport and my luggage was not there, so my guess is that it ended up in Paris. Would you be so kind as to get back to me and tell me where my luggage is?

Nous avons été obligé d’annuler nos billets à 4 semaines du départ, ayant été renversé par une voiture et ayant 3 fractures au bassin. La compagnie n’a rien voulu savoir, aucun avoir possible aucun avantage pour un prochain voyage l’année prochaine. Nous avons perdu nos vacances et en surplus nos 3 billets d’avion, 6000 €. Aucun service commercial, aucun effort de compréhension. Très déçue Nous ne prendrons pas nos billets chez eux l’année prochain.

J'ai été plus que patient et je me décide à mettre un commentaire maintenant car je suis extrêmement déçu par le service client d'Air Tahiti Nui. Début avril j'ai subi un retard de plus de 24 heures à LAX  ce qui a entraîné une perte financière puisque je ne suis pas arrivé à temps à Paris. Air Tahiti Nui ne veut pas me rembourser ces frais et me propose, comme indemnisation, un nombre ridicule de miles qui ne me serviront à rien. Cela fait plus de deux mois que j'essaie de les contacter par courrier et par téléphone, mais je n'ai reçu aucune réponse.  Mon numéro de dossier est 5CEMZL dans le cas où le service client daignerait enfin me contacter. Leur manque de réactivité et de considération pour leurs clients est inacceptable. Je ne recommande absolument pas cette compagnie.

After cancelling my flight from Auckland to Papeete, we asked for a refund. They are completely ghosting us and not replying to any email. Please stay away from this flight company!

Que de déception de cette compagnie aérienne Suite à un mouvement de grève, aucun contact n’a été pris pour nous informer de cette situation, nous l’avons découvert en voulant faire notre enregistrement ! Cela est inadmissible Nous n’avons eu aucune autre alternative de proposé hormis que nous faisions la demande de remboursement Nous n’avons donc pas pu voir nos amis et avons donc dû prendre d’autres dispositions pour nos vacances Nous avons perdu financièrement tout ce que nous avions réglé sur place pour visiter la Polynésie française Air Tahiti nui ne garantit aucun délai de remboursement d’un vol AR de 4400 euros ! Lamentable de prendre en otage de la sorte ses clients

I have given 1stars, because 0 cannot be done. I spent two months to get back the taxes amount for a cancelled booking. They calculated the amount to be transfer back to my credit card and then…money disappeared. Despite i booked on the website, depiste several calls and email to the contact center (based in los angeles) i was told my case was followed by an agent in france, mrs Eve Maillard. I wrote several times to this person, but no answer from her side, despite several kind reminders. I restart calling again the call center in los angeles (which is the official number showed on the website to be assisted for any problem) and everytime they answered that refunds team and also supervisor are aware of the situation and they are working on it. Everytime they told me that i would be called or emailed in one day, and everytime they disappeared. After exactly 2months of cancellation ticket action, more than 10emails to different address given, more than 10calls, no money back yet. At this stage i believe this could be a policy to fraud the clients and keep the taxes to be refunded. Unbelievable!

AUCUN service client suite a l'annulations de mon vol par la compagnie. Maintes tentatives de contact par telephone et email, sans succes. Quel mepris du client!

Je demande l'annulation de 2 vols pour le mois de septembre et le remboursement des billets, j'ai envoyé une centaine de mails car impossible de les avoir par téléphone mais après 4 semaines de complet silence de la part du service client de air tahiti nui, je viens de recevoir un drôle de mail me signalant l'annulation pur et simple d'un des vols et je dois leur signaler quels autres vols je dois prendre ou obtenir de leur part un avoir sur un autre vol ????? C'est lamentable !!!!! comment peut-on être aussi mauvais professionnellement ????
