Backer #540 on Kickstarter. After more than three years, all we have heard are promises about the delivery of this product. Customer service is simply nonexistent — they do not reply to emails, they ignore their customers, and they show no respect for the people who supported them from the very beginning. The lack of communication and transparency is extremely disappointing. Backers trusted this project and helped make it possible, but we have been left waiting with no clear answers and no accountability.

Terrible terrible company.

Unresponsive company & Kickstarter delivery constantly delayed (currently waiting for two years)

Unbelievable disperformance by this company for over 2 years. Many backers are waiting for over 2+ years and with the poor communication it's very unfortunate to still have not received the product

They have promised delivery many times bit have shipped nothing. I backed and paid for 1 mower, so far they claimed to have shipped about to to me. They provide nothing but lies. Update finally after longer than 2 1/2 years delivery happened but not all parts listed were in the box also it was only a partial delivery as I did not recieve everything I paid for nor was any promised gifts nor was any compensation that they have promised, so only about 1/2 the order was delivered with no information on when or if I will recieve the rest of the order. The mower does not perform anywhere near their demonstration videos nor is the delivered mower the model I paid for it is an inferior model. Update. Over 3 years since i paid for and not recieved half of my order. I have contacted support multiple times and have provided all the information required. The answers I get are, the items have not been sent, there is no stock, please provided information that I have already provided, we can't tell you when the items will be shipped, please provide information, we will get back to you within 24 hours, please provide information, etc. They only respond by AI it is impossible to communicate with a human.

I've backed them on Kickstarter. Until today haven't received the product. So far they didn't fullfil their promise to the backers. I will update the review once I've actually received the unit - if I ever will. Update to be fully transparent from my side: Today (3.9.2026) I've received sort of review contact from Kickstarter as they wants some additional infos from me, as they probably want to dispute my review. I've received unit in July 2026, so after 2 years, but not the extra add-ons I've ordered. Until today I've asked them several times to refund me for add ons as I don't want to wait another 1 2 or never years, but until today I've only received looping emails about needing my details update, that I've received the package (yes, BUT only main unit!), so again only excuses from them. I firmly stay with 1/5 stars, do yourself a favour and look for other mowers, this company is not trusted in my eyes!
