I week has gone by and carrier Fedex does not yet have package.

We sincerely apologize for the delay in shipment, which was caused by a temporary out-of-stock situation at our warehouse. We are glad that you have now received your order, and we thank you for your patience. We hope you will choose Air Refrigerant again in the future.

Tried communicating with them twice regarding connecting the gauge to the low pressure input on my vehicle, and they never responded.

I bought an R-22 refrigerant, 30lbs cylinder. Received it in a week. The problem with the product was that they did not include nor provide the safety data sheet (SDS), which must be included in the shipping box or provided immediately when requested, and they failed to do so. I considered it as a counterfeit product. PayPal refunded me the full amount.

Hi Arthur, Thanks for your feedback — and glad your order arrived within a week! You’re right — we should’ve included the SDS, and that was our oversight. We’re now working to add it to every order going forward. Just to reassure you, our R22 is 100% virgin, factory-sealed, and never mixed or reclaimed. We take purity seriously, and we’re getting the paperwork sorted too. Appreciate your patience!
