Disappointed - the booking details identified the driver would be waiting in the arrivals hall with our name displayed. Instead, the driver calls me after arrival telling me to walk across to the car park at Heathrow and he will meet me there. We didn’t know where the car park was. Do what you were paid to do, meet clients at the arrivals hall.
