Took money and did nothing
They claimed to do an active search but 3 weeks after receiving the location information of my lost item as reported by Apple Find My, the service did nothing to recover my lost Apple Airpods. They showed up when I searched for airport lost and found, pretending to be legitimate, authoritative service of the airport.
