I just wanted to tell you not to bother looking for my laptop. Despite all the precise instructions I've given you over the past 24 days, amidst my great desperation and anguish, urging you to search the designated locations in Heathrow Airport Terminal 3, they have yielded nothing. I made the mistake of paying them a lot of money (at least for me, coming from a poor country) to recover my device. Still, all I received was a bunch of bland emails with messages that only sought to keep my hopes up, to then charge me more money and tell me, once again, that they still haven't been able to find my laptop. I insist: after all the damn instructions I gave you! The people at Heathrow Lost Property Office, who are very professional and reliable, sorted everything out when I asked them about my lost laptop. I went to their website and located my device. And in a matter of a day—read this carefully: in a single day, they recovered my laptop and sent it to my country! I only received courtesy and good treatment from them, not deceptive messages like the ones you sent me. They are honest people; you are not. Learn something! What poor service! What humiliation you subject poor people to, distressed by losing their property at an airport amidst the rush and desperation of not missing a flight! This same message will be read by thousands of people, who, thanks to your mediocrity and ill will, will learn of my dissatisfaction. With much resentment and distrust toward you, I bid you farewell.

Just like a couple of people on here, I googled for lost items at a airport and this come up first for Dubai so I made contact, straight away I was asked for $69 for fast track, for which I declined at first, then I had at least 3 other emails saying it could take 2 weeks to start looking for my item if I did not pay, so I paid but luckily I paid by PayPal, and got a full refund when they did not provide a service for me. So just to clarify this is a first class SCAM.

We ve just realised we ve been scammed. Whilst travelling on holiday with the kids we realised one of our bags were missing. This was minutes before boarding the plane. We had to make quick decisions. I googled “lost property stansted airport” and they came top of the page with a convincing website. They offered a special search service which we later suspected there was something very wrong about it. We paid a whopping USD160 (!!) in the belief they d have a special concierge service, giving priority to this item, and keeping us updated regularly and even shipping the item to our holiday destination (naive i know! But we dont have experience with losing bags at airports). We knew the item was there because of find my app which showed the location of our ipad (which was in the bag). After receiving what seemed like automated emails, offering chat and telephone service that was never really available, I decided to check if they were a scam and indeed they were. Steer clear! I ve reported them to google. Dont understand how they accept companies like this to use their platform. Probably because google is also making lots of money with their ads. Im fuming and just hope this review can help someone not fall for them.

total total scam. Do NOT use this company. i filed a claim. All they had to do was go to Emirates Airline and PICK UP MY prescription glasses and courier them to me. here it is a week later and get these emails saying they are "contacting the ground crew" and dispatching all resources. No live human ever responds to emails. Phone messages do not get ansered nor responded to. Total SCAM!

Absolutely reprehensible that they charge $80 for you to even have a chance to get your item back. They offer a free "low priority" option, but their website claims that the free option doesn't even give their "concierges" the authority to interact with airport personnel! Seems like $80 somehow gives them a little extra authority, though. Complete garbage.

Do not give your money to this site. It is not connected to any TSA agency or airport of any sort. Only request lost and found items through the actual airport's website and verify its authenticity. This site claims it offers free claims but tricks you into spending upwards of $70 for a service it has no capability of providing. L scam tbh, got my money back in a few hours, but still, not worth the hassle

Company is a scam. Repeated emails asking me to pay for an expedited service. The website looked like the airport authority lost property service. It was only when the emails started arriving that I realised what was going on, thankfully before I paid anything. Read the other reviews on here - they take your money and do nothing apart from preying on people at a stressful time.
