It was ok but the elevators were broken, and there was no clear indication of how to get up to level 5. I had to call one phone number, who connected me to another number, and somebody finally said we had to climb to the third floor to get a working elevator. I can understand elevators breaking, but not providing a clear indication of what to do about it is inexcusable.

Parking the car and catching a ride to the terminal for departure was very good. However upon return, the confusion to pick up the shuttle was terrible. I called the phone number on my ticket to ask where my family needed to wait for a pickup. It turns out that the description of the wording on the sign and the actual wording were not the same. As a result we didn't know where to stand. When we eventually found a shuttle and boarded, we pointed it out to the driver who agreed that what customers are being told is different to what the sign itself says and she will "let management know" (of course she will!). So a very frustrating return home.

Parking was fine. The only problem we had was that we booked online and then emailed to extend and called and were told it was. I issue they would just add a day at same rate. When we went to check out, the girl and gate would not honor and charged us full rate for last day. We were not happy about that.

We like the indoor parking and the convenience to LAX, and the price is competitive. However, the elevators were not operating during the last 2 trips we made, so we had to walk up 5 flights and down 5 flights with our luggage. I wish Airport Center would invest in their elevators to assure that they are in working order or else employ a tram to collect its costumers in the parking structure.

So glad you asked....I've been a loyal customer for years, but as of late, I've been disappointed. The elevator in the parking garage has been out since late 2016--the sign promises that it will be repaired immediately. My last visit, a large group of folks were waiting for a shuttle to head to the airport (it was about 9 a.m. ) and a shuttle arrived and the driver said she was taking her lunch break and another shuttle would be arriving momentarily. We waited another 25 minutes. Completely unacceptable, especially during a busy time in the morning. My most recent flight--I parked elsewhere.

The elevator has been broken for months. I am sick of dragging my suitcase down six flights of stairs. The shuttle runs often and the employees are polite.

The parking lot was being worked on and nothing was on the website when I made my reservation so there wasn't hardly any parking. Also the elevator hasn't worked forever.
