broken elevator for a year
I literally went on vacation a year ago and the elevators were broken, another vacation your elevators are still broken, pathetic. Fix it!

Poor experience but great location
We parked our vehicle in the suggested area only to find the elevator close to it out of order...3 weeks later when we returned it was still out of order so we had to haul our bags from quite a distance away. We called for the bus to come pick us up from LAX but it never showed so the Crowne Plaza shuttle bus took us when we asked him if he would...inconvenient but not catastrophic... on the plus side, rates were good and location was good.

😒 drop off was great, then...
Dropped off my family at the airport then drove to parking, very close by. Drop off was smooth, the bus was there within minutes. Then when returning from our looooong trip everything went wrong. It took them nearly an hour to pick us up, then we had to wait another 20 minutes to make the rounds for other customers who voiced their upset at having to wait so long. The airport center blamed me for not waiting in the right location, when I heard others complaining I knew it had nothing to do with me. I'm giving two stars only because the first part was good. I will not be using them again.

you need to fix the elevator

Not enough parking spaces
We arrive to find the parking lot was totally full and had to search for 30 minutes to squeeze into a very poor space. We had a reservation. When we left the lot after our return, we complained to the attendant who said they had oversold the spaces and their computer has no way of capping the number of spaces sold. We have parked here for over 10 years and never experienced patrons parking at the end of rows, etc. like this.

Last time parking at Airport Center
I have parked at Airport center many times because I fly back and forth to Atlanta every month. The last time I parked my car at Airport center someone tried to break into my car. It took an hour to get security to take a report. I was told someone would follow up with me and they would contact management regarding repairs.... non of that has happened. I doubt I will ever park here again.
