Elevator needs repair
Parking service OK, but owner of parking structure has not repaired elevator in over 6 months.

Garage Elevators and timeliness of pick up
On my last visit (week in between drop off and pickup), the elevators serving the garage were inoperable. Thankfully I had allowed enough time for airport delays that it did not hinder catching my flight. Upon return, it took several attempts to text for pickup (seemed to go in a do loop with no confirmation of whether anyone got the text). Elevators were still out upon return.

Signage
Signs are nowhere to be found at this facility and the one we did find, is handwritten. Elevators were either broke or you can't use if not a premium user. Exit signs are not clearly marked for exiting the building. After arriving back to the airport, the shuttle did not stop and pick us up even though we were in the shuttle zone. There is so much wrong with this facility, we won't be back.

Broken elevator
the worse customer service elevator broken waited 1/2 hours or more for the bus to pick me up at the airport and then received no help with my luggage. The drivers tip went right back into my pocket. I am not to sure if I will ever use your parking structure again. I have been a customer for years but things have deteriorated.

Overcharged and no elevator
We reserved on line for three days, but came back early due to emergency. The attendant insisted on charging for all three days! Also, the elevator didn't work; so, we had to use the stairs. Lastly, though had a reservation, it took over a half hour to find a parking space.

Going downhill
We have parked in this lot for the last 20 years and always had a good experience. Since the new owners/management, it's gotten worse in terms of cleanliness & vans arriving at LAX in a timely manner. When we got there and parked last week, we found the elevator out of order and had to go on a hunt for how to get downstairs with our luggage - which requires two different elevators to accomplish. When we returned a week later, it was still out of order. Come on people, you can fix an elevator in a week's time. We will no longer park there.

....disappointing, but cheap
used the service more than once - waited too long for shuttles on both drop off and pickup, and the elevators in the garage were not working both times!

Parking review
Elevators have been out of service for weeks. Not acceptable. I understand you need parts etc, but I find it difficult to believe that this could take so long. Also, very hard to know where parking spaces are available. Need to modernize the lot so time is not wasted driving around. Will find an alternate place to park until upgrades/repairs are done
