Nice service. It took a while to find covered parking even though we arrived at the structure at 4:30 a.m. But overall I would use your services again.

I reserved a spot several days prior to leaving on Saturday of Labor Day weekend; upon arriving at the parking garage at 6:30 am there were no viable parking spaces. After driving up and down, back and forth for 30 minutes I drove to the manned exit and the wonderful people there allowed me a parking spot not usually available. Since my flight was at 8 am I got there and through security with a comfortable few minutes to spare. My problem with the parking is that there were at least 5 - 10 spaces where drivers took up more than one spot. There has to be a way to move these cars or severely penalize them. Most were huge SUV's or pickups in compact car spots.

Convenient, good value, regular shuttles to the airport. Only bad thing was spiraling up 5 levels to find a spot.

Need more shuttles to move passengers in and out of the parking much fasters.

The lot was very easy to find. The garage itself is somewhat confusing as far design. I do advise getting there with more than enough time to find parking. We had to circle around a few times before we found a spot. The shuttle drivers are awesome and have the best attitude! Even when they're picking you up at 2am. :) Will definitely be using again.

Very convenient parking when flying out of LAX. There are a lot less shuttle buses comparing to your competitor. On my recent travel, I've seen at least 3 or 4 of the same competitor before I saw one of yours.

parking spaces are tight therefore difficult for every car to park straight.

I have used this LAX parking lot in the past and will continue to do so. I appreciate the ability to call/text the company and have the shuttle respond. Curiously, on this last occasion, the "graveyard" shift driver did not help with bags. While I normally find this service superfluous, there were some who had bags which must have weighed over 60 lbs and could have used help. Of course, I don't know that it is worth struggling with huge bags for a mere $1 or $2 per bag.
