The price was decent but the confirmation email did not explain how to contact them for pickup from the airport and did not give a phone number to do so. It also wasn't made clear where to go to pick up the shuttle van, either at the parking structure or at the airport. To sum up, the reservation process was quite simple, but the ease of actual use was lacking.

Parking location is convenient, friendly and sound, however the ongoing and seemingly constant issues with elevators is a real problem, especially when it comes to moving baggage. Being honest, this issue has become a deal breaker in my utilizing this facility in the future.

They need to repair the elevators. There is no excuse for allowing them to be out of service for several months now.

Elevator didn't work and no sign of any intention to fix it. Walked up 5 flights. I have parked here for years. Recently they raised prices and took away AAA discount. Not what I would call customer friendly.

No problems finding an acceptable parking space on a Tuesday night. Be warned that the spaces are small and very large cars park in them (sometimes they are parking in spaces marked compact, sometimes it's just because the spaces are small) so often spaces are rendered unusable as a result. The elevators on the west side of the structure (the side where you are directed to park, and where the shuttle picks up) are broken, which is frustrating when you have luggage, when you are rushing to your flight, or when you are returning from a flight. I did not have any problem getting picked up at the terminal. The checkout process also seems to be confusing to some people, as there was a multi-car backlog to exit the facility after 1AM.

PLEASE Fix ELEVATOR in parking Structure. Elevators have been broken for years now.. Please fix or people will quit parking with AIRPORT CENTER.
