Shuttle transport to and fro was quick and easy. However, the parking lot itself was extremely inconvenient; the only elevators that worked were on the farthest side of the building and you had to transfer from one elevator to another to go down just 4 floors. Lugging luggage for a 2 week trip around the large parking lot with a young child was not easy. For the price we paid we should have parked in the Airport Parking Lot C instead.

Parking is covered, however, Spots are super small, Elevators always broke and you must walk 1/4 mile to ones that work, Pickup always takes longer than all the others. Sometimes 30 min.

You get what you pay for. The building is tough to find and one of the elevators didn't work when I showed up. I dragged my suitcase to the other end and then spent another 5 mins looking for the shuttle. Returning was a whole another issue - shuttle didn't show up until I had my boyfriend also send a text for the shuttle. Basically, they won't pick you up if you're the only one there. When I came back, BOTH elevators didn't work, so we ended up carrying all our bags up 4 flights of stairs. Pay the extra $10 to park somewhere else.

Very poor maintenance. It's almost as if they didn't care for their customers.

Shuttle was full and we were told another will come soon. We had more than 10 of us waiting for another 20 mins. The earlier driver could've easily radioed for another shuttle but apparently didn't bother. The elevators are not working. So you have to pull your luggage to the east end and also carry it down two flights of steps. Bad experience throughout and I will avoid parking here.

I had a bad experience and I've been using this place since 2008. First, after I parked my car, I realized that main elevator was out of order, so I walked to other elevator on the other side, which only goes down to second floor so I walked down to first floor using stairs with language in my hand. Bus was leaving so I ran to it. Bus driver did not warn me that no pick up at arrivals section after I come back, so when I arrived back, I waited in arrivals section for half an hour and found another way to get to the parking structure. When I complained about this, bus driver at the parking structure showed me a small sign at the waiting area which says no pick up at arrivals, but I did not wait there when I was going first morning, bus was leaving so I ran to it. Only positive thing was price was right.

Elevator wasn't working. Parking spaces are too narrow. Drivers were very nice.

The elevator has been broken for two months. You have to walk all the way across the garage to get to the elevator. Then you have to change elevators. And then you have to walk all the way back across the garage to get to your car. It is the most convenient lot but you have to move faster than that on repairs.
