All is good except frequency of shuttle pick up.

Parking was safe but limited. Price is ok, do online reservation for cheaper rates. Reasonable wait for shuttle. Make sure you know where to wait.

hard to find spaces

I had a great experience, but only because I was prepared. I feel like key information isn’t that readily available for customers. As an example; When I landed, I knew from previous experience I needed the phone # in my phone to call and let dispatch know I had arrived and was awaiting pick-up. However, what I didn’t know, until I was told by the dispatcher, was that pick-ups, since January of 2017 are only on the upper concourse. I had been waiting downstairs. Information like this should be sent out via email and/or at the very least should be mentioned somewhere in the reservation process. That being said, I had a great experience simply because I called dispatch on arrival. Thanks, J

We have been using Airport Center for years, probably 5 or 6 times per year. It is very convenient, the transport is frequent and has capacity and the price is competitive. Only once was it full and only once were both elevators out of action. We have tried others but always return.

Good price, easy in and out with online prepaid feature.

Reservation worked well. Garage was quite full when we arrived Saturday afternoon 9-16 and we had to drive around for awhile in order to get a spot. A sign at the entrance said the garage was full so that was kind of confusing. Also wish the spaces could be a bit bigger. A very tight squeeze for anything but the smallest cars. Overall good service, shuttle driver was on time and courteous.
