Parking Payment Discrepancy! I reserve my spot on line before my departure and my quote was totaling $98.00. When I got back to retrieve my car I pay at the booth $132.00. I called the customer service and they have no record of my quote. I emailed the quote the to the customer service but there were going by their system no record again. Last time I park at the parking spot.

Fix the elevators... They have been broken for months!

The Elevator to the main entrance has been broken for at least 4 months. Both in December 2016 and in April 2017, we had to walk all the extra way to the back elevators. This caused us to miss the shuttle and have to wait a full 15 mins for the next one. My husband has a bad hip, so walking the extra distance slowed us down A LOT. For this reason, I will look for another parking lot for our next trip. The drivers are great!

I used to love this parking lot for airport trips but now the elevator is broken (almost permanently I was told when i asked when it would be fixed, so no time soon) and you have to walk ALL the way across the large parking garage carrying your luggage to get to the elevator on the side that we are not allowed to park on and then get off that elevator and take a second elevator and then walk all the way across the garage to the other side again when the shuttles pick up. I will never be using Airport Center Parking again until the elevators are fixed. I travel alone and will not drop my luggage off on the first floor and leave it unattended while I park and walk an extra 15 minutes to take 2 elevators and walk back. It is unsafe and exhausting and painful. Its a shame as the drivers are great and I used to only use Airport Center Express

The elevators were not working near the Crowne Plaza entrance. I parked here almost one year ago and they were not working then either. We parked here for a week and the elevators were not working the entire time. We had to lug our four large bags up and down five stories. Unacceptable.

Fix the west end elevators. adjust the check out so that customers don't need the print out of the reservation confirmation.

Use this facility quite often. Not anymore. Parked vehicle Monday morning April 10. Shuttle to airport. 4 people on board. All going to American airlines except my wife and I. Picked up two at Southwest for return to parking structure. Dropped off the 4 at American. Driver asked what Airline we were going to again. I told him United. Get to United. Wife gets off with her carry on. My check in luggage was not in the luggage area. Thought he took it off. Went outside. My bag was not there. Asked where my bag was. He asked what bag. I ran back to American. My bag was sitting on the curb. Appears the driver took it off thinking it belonged to one of the 4 American airlines people. Should have known better and asked before grabbing peoples luggage. Reported to Police in case it was stolen. Big lesson learned. Not again.
