I had nothing but problems with them. I would recommend never using this company ever.

The elevators did not work and I had to carry luggage down 6 flights of stairs. Coming back the next day, one elevator was working, others were not and no one knew when of if they would be repaired! Really!

We have used Airport Center Express several times as they are cheap and were close to LAX.. This last time was our last. For our departure flight, all four elevators were broken. We had to lug our heavy suitcases down 4 flights of stairs to the shuttle bus. Then, for our arrival it took 30 minutes for a shuttle to pick us up. During this time 6 Parking Spot Century and 4 Parking Spot Sepulveda shuttles passed. I see why they are so successful despite costing more money. Our bus was packed by this time and while we were boarding we noticed another ACE shuttle coming around. It didn't stop. Upon getting back to the parking structure lucky for us, one out of 2 elevators near the shuttle stop was working. The other was still broken. So we had to pack in there with a bunch of other people. The structure itself is dark and you can tell the owners of the property, Jamison Services, don't spend any money here. This despite the lot being used by the Residence Inn and the office building. Never again, no matter how low the price.

Did not honor my Groupon Certificate! I had to write to Groupon to get my money back. I paid Full Price for a mediocre parking lot with only 1 elevator. I WOULD NOT HAVE CHOSEN THIS LOT HAD IT NOT BEEN FOR GROUPON DISCOUNT. There are other lots to choose. I won't EVER park here again. I will even pay a little more for aREPUTABLE, HONEST company with better service. IM DONE WITH THESE CLOWNS

Non functioning elevators. Dirty and smelly structure.

left my jacket on shuttle #3 on my way to the terminal. i immediately contacted the number on your website. the person who answered contacted the driver of shuttle #3 and was advised they had the jacket and i would be able to pick it up at the airport center office located in the parking structure when i arrive on a couple of days later. i did and there was no jacket and the management said that no jacket was ever found. i was advised by the manager that he would call and email me because he was going to research some more. manager never called me back. very bad customer service. will make me rethink parking my car or my company cars there.

The shuttle bus service was terrible. I texted many times about my arrival and no bus has shown up at the designated area for 1 hour. Finally, I had to catch other vendor's bus (i.e., Wally Park shuttle bus) and that bus driver was willing to take me (and other 5 people) to the Airport Center parking structure.

had coupon lady said dates were not correct and charged regular rate even though i had made reservation online!!
