I expected inside parking but only thing available was rooftop parking.

Good price. Difficult to find spots. Shuttle pickup at airport tends to be slow. Don't feel that texting to request shuttle helps much

Overall okay but a few negatives : elevators are more often not working than working, bus service is not reliable (not on the schedule that they say) resulting in frequent long waits and crowded buses, drivers expect tips, and air isn't turned on when it is very hot (or maybe air doesn't work.

We never saw the original bus we came in on our return trip, the only way we got back, we stopped a driver from hotel next door to our park and ride. Caused us 115 min wait time. Our original buses were parked at the hotel and not being used that day? Otherwise our car was fine as for parking security. How were we supposed to know to take a different Bus, different color and name? Never had this happen before. We have used several companies over last 25yrs.

The SMS service, ticket, and reservation e-mail should remind travelers to climb to the departure level for pickup. I had completely forgotten after traveling for weeks. My party waited for 15 minutes on the arrival level before consulting your website.

Drivers not always feeling friendly, some times pick ups at the airport are quick , other times you may have to wait 30 minutes , even longer if the shuttle is full and you happen to be at terminal 7

The convenience of a reservation is awesome but where it fails short is having an area specifically set aside for these reservations. You still have to find a spot and a lot of these spots are tiny so lots of cars over park their vehicle making it almost impossible for another vehicle aside from a Smart car or Fiat to fit. So you still have to try to find a spot to park. To make it better, set aside regular spots for your reservations so they can get in and park faster making it the most convenient for them. Reserving ahead and getting a discount is awesome but getting an actual space when it's super crowded should also be top priority.

Even after making an appointment for parking at your LAX location and arriving 30 minutes earlier, I drove around for approximately 50 minutes to find a spot. it definitely the parking structure was over booked. when coming back and after texting arrival time I waited 35 minutes for shuttle for pick up.
