Most parking spaces are too narrow. It took over a year to get the elevators working.

Parking was good and glad the elevators have been fixed. Long wait for the shuttle bus at the garage.

I've parked at this site for over 20 years. So far, it's been safe and I have never experienced any thefts or vandalism to my car. I am disappointed with the off and on broken elevators closer to the shuttle bus area. It's no fun carrying luggage 5 flights of stairs. The sign didn't tell me there was another set of elevators on the other end.

The parking spaces are very narrow. The elevator in the parking structures was not working for months.

Good service, except that it was overbooked for Thanksgiving holiday. We had reserved a spot but there were no spots. Dozens of cars were parked illegally. Should have been better monitored by staff.

We had very hard time look for the parking space. Lot was full and yet you kept taking the patrons. Also there were some people taking two parking spaces and you do not have any controls over this situation. In addition, there were so many spaces taking up by the monthly people. I really do not know if you have that many regular occupants because there were so many open spaces available for those people. We always love to use your space; however, this was ridiculous. We really appreciate if you review such situations and improve in the future. Thank you for listening.

Basic parking. Shuttle can vary, sometimes it’s a short wait and sometimes over 30 min

There are not enough parking spaces! This is the 3rd time I've chosen to park here because I like the covered parking and it seems safe. The first two times I parked here I had no problem (on a Thursday and Friday night) which is why I decided to park here for the third time. The 3rd time I parked here was a nightmare (on a Saturday at 6 am). There were not enough parking spots and people would also park in two spaces. I almost missed my flight trying to find parking (parked in a small spot, could barely get out of my car) and for the fact that the shuttle driver stops at each drop-off/pick-up location even if there are no people waiting. I would only recommend parking here if it's on or before a Friday and if you give yourself more than an hour and a half before your boarding time in case you run into these issues.
