It took forever to get picked up from the airport by their shuttle. Even after two phone calls. This company needs more shuttles and drivers.

Upon leaving to departures at the airport the driver was nice and friendly. However upon arrival after we got back to lax the shuttle never came. We paid another company to take us back to the parking garage to get our car. The driver was sitting in the bus chilling out. My understanding is they are to suppose to come every 15 mins. We waited about an half an hour.

We arrived at the parking and we weren't sure where to park since the email wasn't clear and we spent one hour to decide where to park without getting any penalty. That was the day of the departure. When we came back we had to wait at least 40 minutes for the shuttle to arrive when it says that shuttles arrives every 15-20 minutes. The price was good after all but that was the only positive thing.

We waited 45 min for the shuttle after we arrived at LAX and we had to walk to the next terminal because the shuttle was full because it was dropping people for departure at the same time that it was picking up people.

Bus services from airport is very poor. I had to call there was no live answers so left msg. They send me text if I want to be picked up or not. I waited long time there finally I took Sheroton hotel bus.

We made a reservation to park for an early morning flight and when we arrived we were turned away and told the lot was full. Good thing we arrived early so we could Find other Parking. Will not use your lot again, had no problems with previous reservations so I was disappointed

The rate is okay. But when we returned we texted the number right away and waited 40 minutes for the shuttle to arrive to take us back to the parking lot.

i HAVE USED AIRPORT CENTER MANY TIMES IN THE PAST AND WAS VERY HAPPY WITH THE SERVICE BUT ON MY LAST TRIP , WE ARRIVED AT THE BRADLEY TERMINAL LAX CURB APPX 11:30 PM AND TEXTED OUR LOCATION AND WAITED FOR OVER 1 1/4 HOUR'S .. iT SEEMS THEY DID NOT HAVE DRIVERS TO US PICK UP , FINALLY THEY GOT HELP FROM ANOTHER COMPANY AND PICKED UP SEVERAL VERY UPSET CUSTOMERS.
