When I got back to LAX I can't text and call to have a shuttle sent to me it took over 40 minutes to get somebody to where I was at. Two shuttles passed by me both of them were basically empty but they were in the fast lane. When I got on the shuttle right behind me with another gentleman who been trying to flag a driver down . But the driver that we did finally get very apologetic about then I was overtired and just need to get home

The only sour note has been getting picked up at LAX upon returning. I waited at the pick-up site for about a hour. I called the office at least 3 times. Finally the driver was in the correct lane to pick me up. I’ll still use Airport Center only. The employees are very helpful and friendly. Five stars if getting picked up improves.

spots are too small

Have used this parking many times. Last time our back seats were stolen out of our Tahoe while parked inside very close to elevator. Possible more security is needed!

Parking places are too small, even for small cars. Hard to find the spot, even when reservation is made.

I wouldn't use Airport Center parking again; here are my reasons: 1. We arrived to find the lot practically full. Although we had a reservation, we searched aimlessly ending up on the highest level (7?) with uncovered parking. Recommend there be some indication of how many empty spaces exist and perhaps some means of directing you to an empty space. 2. The spaces were extremely tight - clearly designed for SmartCars and Minis. 3. Admittedly there were signs, however, we almost ended up paying a higher rate as payment was NOT to a real person, but a machine. A real person might have asked to see our reservation before billing us. A real person resolved the matter and we paid the reservation rate as expected. 4. Signage leaves a bit to be desired, a large "Airport Center Parking" sign along the main street would help. If a sign was present, we missed it. All these issues are probably baked into the price of parking, that was the one high point. The entire experience was stressful / frustrating.

Made on-line reservation to get a discount, no discount given on the way out.

Airport center is priced right, it's near the airport, the shuttles are *reasonably* prompt. The only complaint I have is that the spaces are *SO* tiny, that lots of them end out left empty, with not enough room for a car. If they re-painted their spaces with a reasonable width, I'm *convinced* they'd actually fit more cars, because every space could be used. Please widen your spaces, and then you'll be perfect!
