There were no parking spots left even though I had reserved a spot so I had to find parking somewhere else from another company.

Parking was terrible in spite of having a reservation.

If you have a BMW, do not park here, they will steal your airbags. If you have a Chevy, GMC, or Cadillac tahoe or suburban DO NOT PARK HERE. It is GUARANTEED that your third row seats WILL be stolen. This parking lot does NOT have security cameras in the parking lot making it an easy place for crime. I came back from a trip and found out my entire third row had been stolen, my back window broken and sides damaged, paint damage. Had to call LAPD and write up reports with insurance. HUGE hassle. Save yourself the money and park ANYWHERE else.

Made a reservation, but no spaces available. Spent 15 minutes trying to find a space before giving up and going to Lot C. Price is basically the same as Lot C and the spaces in Lot C are much larger. Don't waste your time trying here.

I travel every week for business. I used to park here all the time, but they have way too few shuttles/drivers. I waited 25 minutes one time. Also, BOTH elevators were broken for weeks, if not months.

Nightmare in your parking...same 3D in two different stories...I spent 35 minutes looking for my car and they charged me extra. Also they did not reimburse my money for paying a booking ticket at the Kioske. Finally the guy at the office was not polite...
