I started parking here a long time ago and have just continued to do so. Never any issues except for stupid people who park crooked in their spots which could be any lot. Never any damage to my car which is ultimately what’s important. Good price.

Parking lot was almost full. I had to drive to the last level to find parking spot even though my reservation had been paid off the previous week. You should have some reserved spots on the first 2 floors for pre-paid reservation customers.

Good place to park your vehicle but the parking lots are small per car and they fill up quickly - I think du rounding businesses has their employees park there

Overall good experience. Shuttle driver friendly and helpful. Return pickup was easy. Parking spaces very narrow.

I used this facility on July 29, 2018. It was easy in and out for me, except I had trouble finding the entrance without sign from street. I called the office, they were helpful to direct me to parking lot entrance which is located in the alley way between the Crown Plaza and Airport Center . it would help if the entrance sign is more conspicuous. The shuttle service was good. I would definite recommend this facility.

This place worked out really well. The only thing is that it is shared with one of the hotels, so you have to figure out where you can and can't park. Once you get that though, getting the shuttle is fast and it is very close to the airport.
