Airport CenterReviews of airportcenterparking.org

Easy park and ride. Covered and safe. Price has gone up since March

Great parking lot and has discounts if you reserve it in advance online.

Great way to start and end our trip! Made a reservation on line, pulled into lot, found covered parking within 5 minutes. Shuttle was right there when he got off the elevator, straight to the airport. Driver was polite and helpful with our luggage. Upon return, called number, they told us where to go, waited maybe 10 minutes for shuttle, back to lot, to our car, paid, and home...could not have been easier or more smooth! Would definitely park there again..we were gone for 8 nights!

Shuttle service was prompt and the wait times were reasonable. Driver also helped load and unload our luggages. Every encounter with the driver, they were professional and friendly. Rates are also cheaper if you reserve prior to your trip. An example of their excellent service: We had printed our boarding passes and were on our way to security check when we realized we had left one of our luggages on the shuttle! Luckily, we had their phone number and when we called, an actual person picked up the phone. They quickly got our information and located the shuttle that had dropped us off and were able to coordinate so that the shuttle could swing by around and drop off our luggage to us. All of this in 30 minutes AND we made it on our flight on time! If you've ever driven around LAX terminal, you would know that it's constantly congested, and getting through the entire terminal takes a while, so for us to get our luggage in the time that we did, is awesome! Thanks for the great experience! Will definitely go through them again.

Convenient and Easy! Easy access to LAX and you get a much better rate when you reserve online.

Just as expected. No issues.

All in all, it went well, I had a reservation, came with my family, found a covered spot in two minutes and left my wife's Honda CRV there for 10 days. The shuttle was already there so we got to the airport in minutes. The shuttle back (be aware that it's on the 2nd floor) took about 10 minutes to arrive. When I came back I used my reservation number at the parking exit and I got my reservation pricing. One drawback, bigger cars may experience difficulties as the spots there are smaller than normal in LA.

Covered parking with security. Easy in and out. Helpful reps. Good shuttle. Great cost & value!
